"Absolutely terrible service. Every question I had after I was rear-ended by another State Farm customer, I was just told to call the 1-800 number. It was like no one in the office knew what to do in this basic situation. Unlike a good neighbor, State Farm was not there for me, a long time customer. I'm not even sure Jud Bennett is a real person, I never heard from him once. Save your money with some cheap insurance; at least you'll be expecting terrible service."
